A few New Born Pics

So these are just a few rough drafts but I was so excited about them i had to put them up.

LIFE WITH TWO BABIES
It is nothing like I expected! for the past 7 or 8 months I have tried to prepare for what it was going to be like.... up all night, feeding, crying, feeding, crying and lots and lots of rocking. Having Mak was such a shocking experience, the hospital stay was a nightmare and many tears were shed over nursing. So I was shocked when this little one showed up as peaceful of an angel. He is a great nurser and loves bottles to0o. And up all night..... not yet. He wakes up every night at three and then sleeps until seven. When i need to get something done, i put little emmett in his crib and he closes his little eyes. Emmett is such a joy in our home.
As for Mak... there couldnt be a better big brother. Emmett definetly needs protecting, but it is from the loads of love Makray lays on him. I was really afraid Makray would be jealous... but so far he has been the most loving big brother.

This is my favorite picture.... I LOVE BOYS hahaha

We are home and doing so well. It is such a blessing and we can not thank the nurses and doctors enough for helping me AND emmett to get better so fast. Here are a few ( ok a ton) pictures for everyone. Enjoy
home at last!!!
Mak laughing after he sneezed a loogie right on his new baby brothers head.

Mak is such a good big brother.... he isnt soft... but he is good.

HE IS HERE

EMMETT EUGENE KENNEDY
arrived September 17 by emergency c-section. After a few complications, we made the decision to have little emmet 3 1/2 weeks early when they discovered there was a tear in the placenta and he was experiencing fetal distress. He arrived healthy and happy weighing in at 6 pounds 12 ounces and 20 inches long. He has black black hair and great big feet. He spent his first day and night in the NICU being monitored for breathing but is doing great today. We love our boys so so much.... and are just excited to get home!!! PICTURES SOON!!!!

Bear Lake

Sorry it has been SO long, we have been so busy. We just moved into our new house and have been busy making it our home. I have painted every room in the entire house but the new baby's and hopefully that will be finished up by the end of the week. Makray loves our new house with its extra space a big yard. He also loves his new room, we painted it blue with stripes and he always tells us "Wahoo blue room." Last month David's family had a reunion at Bear Lake. Makray had a blast in the warm water.

Makray is my little daredevil. I was hyperventilating during this picture, and the whole time he just kept laughing and clapping and yelling "watch MAMA"
Notice they are both wearing pink socks. super cool.
Well I am just short of having four weeks left in my pregnancy. I am so excited for this little boy to get here... and to not be fat anymore. Everyone is doing good. Dave has started school and is kickin butt like always and Makray is readily preparing for the inevitable. He always says he is excited to have a brother... but in reality i know he has no idea what he is talking about and it is going to be a big change for him. Luckily for me, he is the best boy ever and will hopefully do just fine. He made it for the FIRST time clear through nursery without me and it was such a relief. I am so grateful for great nursery leaders. He doesn't want to go back but i think he will hahaha.
